We are thrilled to announce the first IQM System installation in Turkey at Medicana Ataşehir Hospital in Istanbul!
The installation project was a true team effort — prepared in close cooperation with the Medical Physics and IT teams of Medicana Ataşehir and supported by the Elekta Turkey service team. The installation took place over the weekend and was completed with user training on Monday.
Immediately after training, the Medical Physics team began using IQM for the verification of complex SBRT plans and VMAT-TBI treatments on their Elekta Versa HD Linear Accelerator. They also started using IQM for daily machine QA right away.
After the installation, we received a heartfelt message from the Medicana Ataşehir team:

A Milestone for IQM and Radiotherapy QA in Turkey
This first installation marks the beginning of a new chapter for IQM in Turkey.
